I recently visited Bullsmoor Dental & Aesthetics Clinic after breaking a tooth, and I can honestly say the care I received was outstanding. I was seen by Abbas Jagani and Dr. Abbas Ali Manji, and both were incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the whole process.They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable at every step, and handled my treatment with real expertise. The level of customer service was amazing. I truly felt looked after from the moment I arrived.I left feeling confident in the treatment I received and very grateful for the genuine care and attention. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dental practice that combines skill, compassion, and excellent service.

I had a awful amount of dental work to be done which would have cost me thousands more and a considerable amount of time. Thanks to Dr Abbas Ali Manji and the team at Bullsmoor, it was done over the course of 6 months and at a fraction of the price thank to their membership scheme. With the scheme I'm now able to get 2 free hygienist appointments a year as well keeping me on top of my teeth and not letting it get to such a state again.Couldn't recommend them more. Friendly, professional, flexible timings around me and my working schedule and honestly the best dentist I've had after being to at least 7 different practitioners.Dr Manji always take his time to explain and take progress picture throughout procedures to fulfil my curiosity as a medical professional. Never had a complication or bad experience and as someone who really dislikes going to the dentist - going to Bullsmoor is and has always been a pleasure.

I’ve been a patient at this practice for several years, and even now, living in the U.S., whenever I visit the UK, I make sure to stop by the practice as they deliver outstanding care that I’ve never been able to find anywhere else. On my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of being treated by Abbas Jagani, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.Despite my delayed flight from the U.S., Abbas went out of his way to accommodate me. My Wife and I became patients at this practice, when known as Paris & Christie, before my Daughter was born....my Daughter turned 45 in March 2025, need I say more?, ok I will :o)After our retirement we moved from living close the practice to near Kings Lynn in Norfolk in 2018, but we never went searching for another dentist, we go there twice, with a year, 'practice plan', for checkups with Mr Shabir Jagani, (always been him over ALL these years), and to see the hygienist, (now Regita, she's lovely), and with the understanding he will see us at very short notice if needed for any problems, bad toothaches for instance.So do I/we recommend this practice....you betcha!

I could not be happier with the work that was carried out by Abbas , Shabir and the entire team at Bullsmoor dental practise . I was fully consulted throughout the whole process, always informed, and always made to feel completely comfortable with any procedures before and during the work. Also with wonderful reception staff who were always friendly and helpful in every communication i had with them .Cannot recommend them highly enough, and thank you for giving me a smile that I'm happy with, I really feel like I’ve got great value for money.

Recently had an aesthetic treatment (lips) done at Bullsmoor clinic and I can completely say it was one of the best services I have had. The consultation before the treatment was very vital for me as Abbas spoke through the treatment and procedures and guided me about the end result. On the day of the treatment we discussed what I wanted and what would be the best for me and what will suit me. The treatment was pain free which was also a bonus for me and during the treatment Abbas was talking me through exactly what he was doing and making sure I was fine. After the treatment he was still in contact with me to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any pain or problems.I would highly recommend the clinic and Abbas for any aesthetic treatment and cannot wait for my top up at the end of the year.

I have been a patient at the practice for a few years and absolutely loved the care, professionalism and expertise of the staff that I now travel from the USA for my dental treatment. I have had both general and cosmetic dentistry treatments through this clinic. The practice were always very flexible when booking appointments to accommodate my busy schedule when I was living and working in London. As for the staff, they are wonderful and exceptionally welcoming. Dr. Abbas Manji has incredible bedside manner and truly takes time to explain treatment plans and ensure you are comfortable. I had a pleasant experience with the Dental Hygienist, Abbas who was amazing. I am a very nervous patient and have a needle phobia. Abbas took extra time to ensure I was at ease before, during and after the procedure. He even took time out at the end of the appointment to explain a further treatment plan. I had flown from the USA for this appointment and Abbas reassured me that they would work around my availability to schedule appointments based on my future availability. I truly felt a sense of care and I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for continuity of care wherever you are in the world! Thank you Bullsmoor!

Dr Hiba is fantastic dentist, she is very neat doing my treatment and she’s always make sure I am good during the treatment. She explains everything in an easy way, so I can understand about the treatment, etc. She is also very patient. All the staff at the surgery are very nice, friendly and have a good manner too. Dr Jagani is my husband’s and our children’s dentist, he is fantastic too, he is very caring and my children are always happy treated by him.

The staff are always so friendly which puts anyone immediately at ease who is apprehensive about any dental treatment. Any treatment is explained clearly and a treatment plan agreed before any work starts. The pricing is also clearly explained and schemes are in place to be able to spread the cost, if required. The treatment itself is done efficiently and with minimal discomfort. I would highly recommend this dental surgery.

Having lived in London for 30 years, I’ve had many hygienists in my time, but Abbas is by far the best I’ve ever come across. When he left my local dental surgery, I googled him to find out where he’d gone to. Now I travel all the way from South London to see him in Waltham Cross. He is extremely knowledgeable about oral hygiene and his tooth cleaning technique is absolutely meticulous and really impressive. He is friendly, and has an excellent bed-side manner that puts patients at ease. Not to mention all the charity work he does in the Middle East! 10 out of 10.

The treatment that Abbas recommended for my Bruxism ( teeth grinding ) has been a game changer -if like me you thought Botox was scary then please know that the Botox treatment for me for this was like a revelation…. It was quick , painfree and has had such a great impact …. No more headaches , jaw tension , tooth damage …. I would totally recommend it to all :)

Had the Botox done for my Jaw, been suffering from TMJ for a very long time. Abbas Ali recommended i get the the botox in the jaw which worked amazing, took about a week to kick in, but after no grinding my teeth at night or clenching my jaw during the day! Also noticed a big release in my neck & shoulder tension. Abbas is great and has been extremely helpful with any questions that i had after the treatment. Definitely recommend the Botox for anyone who’s been suffering from TMJ, and definitely recommend Abbas to do the treatment.

I needed an emergency dental appointment, Bullsmoor made room for me and I was being helped 20 minutes after I called. The dentist conducted a few checks and X-rays and prescribed antibiotics then insisted refunding approximately half of the emergency appointment charge. A very helpful and honest place
