Chemical Peels

Using naturally occurring acids and active ingredients, chemical peels help to improve skin conditions such as acne, rosacea and pigmentation whilst also addressing concerns such as fine lines and wrinkles, uneven skin tones, scarring and redness of the skin. A natural blend of acids and enzymes are applied to the face and/or neck to exfoliate dead skin cells and kick-start cellular turn-over, revealing brighter, smoother and younger-looking skin.

It is important to ensure a good home skin care routine is established prior to commencing any skin treatments in order to prepare the skin and increase treatment success.

Microneedling

Also known as collagen induction therapy, microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that involves using a medical device with fine needles to create small punctures on the skin’s surface. This controlled damage helps stimulate the skin’s naturall healing process and promote the production of collagen and elastin – the proteins responsible for maintaining the skin’s structure and elasticity. The formation of new collagen and elastin leads to the remodelling f existing tissue. At Bullsmoor Dental & Aesthetics Clinic, we are proud to say that we use the prestigious SkinPen®, the only FDA accredited microneedling pen.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is a cosmetic procedure that involves injecting a mixture of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, hyaluronic acid, peptides and plant extracts into the skin’s middle layer, known as the mesoderm. This improves the texture and tone of the skin, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, leaving the skin feeling and looking rejuvenated and hydrated. This treatment can be done alone or can be coupled with Microneedling.

Cellenis® PRP

Also known as the ‘Vampire Facial’, this cosmetic procedure involves extracting platelet-rich plasma (PRP from your blood to rejuvenate the skin. At Bullsmoor Dental & Aesthetics Clinic, we proudly use the Cellenis PRP system for its efficiency in providing optimal platelet concentrations and cellular content.; PRP contains growth factors; these are believed to stimulate collagen production and promote tossue repair, leading to an improve skin texture, tone and overall appearance. The procedure, couple with microneedling, is particularly sought after for its potential to reduce wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars and sun damage.

How many sessions will I need?

A course of 4-6 sessions is recommended for best results but our aesthetician will take the time to understand your specific concerns and tailor a treatment package for you, based on your own skin.
