With composite bonding, we can tweak imperfections to create your ideal smile, while composite veneers can create a complete transformation with little to no prep.

Composite bonding and veneers both use a composite resin material to create the perfect smile. But while bonding allows us to tweak things here and there such as small cracks, chips, and gaps, veneers can completely turn your smile around. The benefit of both treatments is that they require very little prep, are minimally invasive, and can often be completed in just one appointment.

What is composite bonding?

With composite bonding treatments, we apply a composite resin material to cover up small, aesthetic issues with the teeth such as cracks, chips, gaps, and discolouration. The resin is moulded to the teeth by our expert team, creating the desired shape and effect you’re looking for.

What are composite veneers?

Like more traditional porcelain veneers, composite veneers are designed to cover the teeth, providing a sleek finish to the teeth and helping to create a more symmetrical, uniform-looking smile. Unlike porcelain veneers, composite veneers do not require any of the natural teeth to be removed, allowing for a minimally-invasive treatment that still creates maximum impact.

Why choose composite bonding?

Composite bonding is a great way to address minor cosmetic issues with the teeth and smile and is often used in conjunction with other treatments such as aligners and teeth whitening. When used with these other treatments, composite bonding can provide the perfect finish and flourish to your smile.

Why choose composite veneers?

Composite veneers offer a less invasive alternative to porcelain veneers while still radically changing and transforming a smile with a range of cosmetic issues. While composite veneers may not last as long as porcelain veneers, they can be easily repaired should anything happen to them, and because they are not a permanent treatment, they provide patients with a more flexible option.

Does the application of composite bonding and veneers hurt?

As always, we’ll make sure you’re comfortable throughout and will use a numbing agent as and when it’s needed.
