Terms & Conditions
- All dental treatments must be carried out at Bullsmoor Dental & Aesthetics Clinic.
- All oral health products are purchased at the Clinic.
- Subject to claim approval – 99% of claims are approved.
- Applicable to compulsory redundancy only and for up to 12 months. An initial administration fee of £9.50 will be applied to your first payment only.
- Monthly payments are made to Practice Plan Ltd. by DirectDebit.
- The plan year runs for 12 months from commencement/renewal; if for any reason the membership is cancelled before the end of this period, any discounts given will be repayable in light of early cancellation.
- Prices are effective as of January 2023.
